Description/Story:

shouted at me until my heart pounded. "You didn't answer what I needed." He said angrily as if to hit me. I bowed my head saying, "I'm the one in charge of this section..." The door opened. The princess entered in a long sleeping dress with small sleeves. He gave her a cold look before saying to her, "What will this girl do for me?" Instead of answering, she looked at me. "What's left—the bed making and sweeping there." I said pointing to the middle of the room. "And bring extra breakfast." "Okay, go prepare his breakfast and bring it to him. When he's done washing, arrange the room," she said. I quickly said, "It's done, Princess," and left. I didn't know when they finished. I was walking wondering about this stubborn prince—did he truly love the princess or not? If not, truly there's TROUBLE! I carried the tray because I couldn't carry it with one hand—it was heavy. The princess left, but he was still there in a jallabiya. I poured everything for him, then prepared his tea before adding sugar and looking at him a bit. "How many do you need?"

"Oh! You're the one preparing?" His command surprised me, but I bowed in respect and said, "God help—I'm the one preparing extra breakfast." "I'm full. Take your things—I didn't say tell whoever sent you I won't eat." I lost words and raised my head. "God help you—no argument. I'm just begging for God's sake—cover my secret and eat this breakfast. Truly not eating it could cause me to lose my job here." "So what?" He said crossing his arms. My eyes filled with tears. I lowered my voice. "For God—please don't train yourself in hunger. My problem will affect me." "What will it do to you?" he asked. "Anything—please have mercy. Did I wrong you?" The way I spoke seemed to make him pity me a bit. He said, "I'm not preparing with you." I quickly handed it to him before. I sat until he finished, then cleared the things and left. When I returned, he had entered the bathroom. I hurried to make the bed and clean the room.

I gave him 30 minutes outside, then returned. He had finished dressing. I bowed! He wore jeans and a T-shirt instead of the veil the princess brought. I knelt before him. "God help, Prince—do you need anything?" Without looking at me, he said, "I need to be left to rest." I bowed a little. "Rest in peace," then turned and left. At the door, I bumped into the princess. I greeted before she entered. Her escorts were already at the door. From afar, sitting on a flower bed, I saw her come out upset. Perhaps an unpleasant word was said to her. Then he came out too. Her escorts started scattering flowers like those for the princess—beautiful and fragrant. He shouted at them, "What's this?" They bowed. "The princess sent us—this is our duty." "Leave me alone—I don't want it!" They feared. "For God—please have mercy. The princess won't be happy if we return with this message." He pointed at them. "Leave me alone before your day darkens. I said tell the princess I don't want it!" They quickly left. He went to the pigeons feeding them from his mouth as they played. I watched from afar turning what they said. Then he came out too. Her escorts started scattering flowers like those for the princess—beautiful and fragrant. He shouted at them, "What's this?" They bowed. "The princess sent us—this is our duty."
